About RBR

A Family-Owned Business Helping Young Professionals Succeed Since 2021

A place where you come for housing, but leave with lifelong friends, unforgettable fun, and life-changing mentorship and guidance.

Our Story

RBR started from a house-hacking experience with roommates. Through daily interactions, we witnessed how challenging relocation can be for interns and new hires, especially those coming from other countries with no local support network.

That insight shaped our mission: provide more than just a place to live. We shaped RBR to offer all-inclusive housing, mentorship, networking, and trusted guidance during one of the most important transitions in a young professional's life.

What We Focus On

  • Transportation and commute reliability
  • Clean, safe, and supportive shared homes
  • Mentorship and networking mindset
  • Treating tenants like family
  • Being a one stop shop for young adults
